FairVote supports a range of 2009-2010 legislation introduced in Congress. The
following bills reflect our greatest current
legislative priorities.
HR 157: To provide for the treatment of the District of Columbia as a Congressional district for purposes of representation in the House of Representatives, and for other purposes.
H.J. Res 28: Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States regarding the right to vote.
