Irregular Districts
for US House Elections

Maps and demographic data reveal the cutting and pasting of neighborhoods and voters throughout the USA.  Politicians gerrymander election districts to create "safe seats" for themselves and their friends. Voters discover on election day they have no real choice, only one party's nominee ever had a chance because the district's boundaries were drawn to benefit that party.

A note on the Census' demographic categories: "Hispanics" can be black or white; each district's Asians plus blacks plus whites adds up to 100%.
