Josh Loh is a graduate of Brown University and Washington and Lee School of Law.  Following his graduation from law school, Josh worked for two years as a legislative drafter for the Maryland General Assembly's Office of Policy Analysis.  Josh drafted bills for state legislators in several areas, including election law.  Josh is a newly commissioned first lieutenant in the Virginia Army National Guard.
