Nina Moseley is the Director of Business Services for
the New Jersey Commerce and Economic Growth Commission. The
mission of the Office of Business Services, (OBS), is to help
small businesses and women/minority owned entities grow and
prosper in New Jersey by registering and certifying qualified
companies so that they can compete for state contracts under
the State Set Aside Program. OBS additionally serves as an
informational clearinghouse offering a wide range of technical
assistance, state procurement and business startup expertise
to New Jersey’s small business community. She recently
worked on a
voter
registration project with Citizen Action/Illinois. Her
past experiences include serving as the Executive Director,
and before that, as Associate Director of Democracy South She
also served as the Executive Director of the Morris County
Urban League after successfully collaborating on a major
HIV/AIDS study with the University Medical and Dental School
of New Jersey. Ms. Moseley’s passionate commitment to
social justice was also demonstrated by her role as a
facilitator for Anti-Racism Workshops for the Episcopal Church
(Diocese of Newark, NJ). Ms. Moseley has an MBA from the
Stanford Graduate School of Business and a professional
certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
