On March 20, Rob Richie,
executive director of the Center for Voting and Democracy, spoke for
an hour to the Florida State Senate Ethics and Elections Committee
about a bill to institute instant runoff voting for state and
federal primary elections. He prepared a Powerpoint presentation
that explains instant runoff voting, compares it with traditional
runoff elections and reviews how runoff elections work in Florida.
