Felons: The State of Hawaii prohibits felons currently in prison from voting. Once an individual has completed their sentence, their right to vote is automatically restored.
ID Laws: All voters need: Picture ID with a signature on it for verification of your identity. Voter will be asked to sign a poll book to record that the voter voted at that polling place. A voter registration notice is not an acceptable form of identification.
