This bill allows any registered voter who is eligible to vote in a particular election to do so by absentee ballot.  The provision allowing individuals in federal service who are eligible to register and vote, but are not registered, to vote for federal offices such as President, Vice President, Senator, and Congressman is repealed.

This bill permits New Jersey voters enrolled in school, college or university to receive absentee ballots for each election without continual request.
Status: Held in Senate after passing through Assembly State Government Committee.
