Bill Clinton actually improved his performance in Utah -- interesting
in light of his controversial action to create a new national monument in the state -- but
the state remains very conservative. Democrat Bill Orton finally lost the Republican
district he amazingly held for three elections; Democrats will be hard-pressed to win any
seats.
