• Refined projections methodology now adjusts party strength in proportion to share of opposition vote present in district.
• Summary returns number of "uncontested" candidates.
• Summary returns number of "untouchable" candidates (untouchable defined as a candidate who has won by at least 20 points in the last two cycles and is running in a district with a 2004 partisanship of 55% in his or her party's favor).
