Idaho - Plurality v. Majority
Two of the four primaries were won by a majority because the canidates in those primaries ran unopposed. Another was won by a 50% margin.
 
The final primary saw six canidates running for one position.  The winner of the Republican primary in the first district had 26% of the total vote and was declared the victor.  Three canidates came in second, each with 18% of the total vote.
