NOTE: Most of the few ballots counted as "spoiled" were actually blank
ballots, which delegates were instructed to place in the ballot box even if
they didn't want to cast a vote in a particular race. The rest of the
spoiled ballots were delegates placing the stickers for one race on the
ballot for another race (e.g., placing the stickers for vice-chairman
candidates on the ballot for chairman). The spoilage rate was remarkably
low. And the victory margins were wide enough that the spoiled ballots, if correctly cast, would not have affected the outcome.
