Precinct-based error correctionYes, however restricted to 3 votes maximum per position. Hardware and firmware presently offered in the US have to be adopted. We already supply such systems to the German states Hessen and Reinland Pfalz, they are used there in the municipal elections in the city of Koblenz 2004.( these machines can be configured to handle ranked order voting up to 3)

Ability to handle rank order ballots (hardware)Yes, however restricts the maximum number of choices. 5 columns and 28 rows = 140 votable positions each with it’s own LCD display, showing two digits or a cross or in an other type 5 columns and 18 rows = 90 votable positions with LED displays. Hardware and firmware presently offered in the US have to be adopted. We already supply such systems to Ireland and the U.K; they are used in the elections in Dublin, county of Meat and Stratford upon Avon.

If can handle both hardware and software: memory capacity? i.e. how many ballots  and races using rank-order ballots each machine can handle?  The cumulative voting system has 1116 votable positions and can be configured to a lot of combinations of races and candidates within that matrix. The number of ballots per machine per memory module will be depending on the number of choices that can be made. The number of choices is 27000 that means the capacity will be restricted by the time the voters need to vote and the opening ours of the polling station.
