-In Anoka, Blue Earth, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Winona Counties, the ballot machines failed.  In several cases the ballot scanner would not read the votes. Either they spit the ballots back out or they accepted the ballots but the vote counter did not advance, leading to concerns that the votes were not being recorded.
