Felons: On July 4th, 2005 the governor will sign an executive order that will restore the right to vote to all former felons upon completion of their incarceration, parole, and probation term.

ID Laws: First-time voters who register by mail and do not provide ID verification with registration application: A current and valid photo identification; or a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows the name and address of the voter.
