2, 2004: This month, FairVote is casting a spotlight on the right to
vote and fair election methods around the world. Here at home there are
significant developments as well, including a binding vote for instant runoff
voting upcoming in Burlington (VT), a series of upcoming reform workshops in
North Carolina and increasing calls for a right to vote in our Constitution.
