Guide To Hand Counts
You may be one of the many schools who hand count their ballots. FairVote has developed some fail safe methods to hand count STV elections. Included are some tips and pointers for each step. Hand counting will probably be quite time consuming for bigger schools, but if you're a smaller college, enjoy fractional transfers and coffee, hand counting may be for you.
